Wireless Wander Alarm alerts caregivers when the person in their care wanders near a restricted doorway. The system employs two easy-to-install components – a motion detector and a wireless alarm. Simply place the motion detector near the doorway with the included mounting tape and turn it on. When someone wanders within 15’ of the detector, a signal is sent to the wireless alarm receiver. The motion detector itself does not sound in order to prevent the person in your care from becoming agitated. Three built-in alarm tones – musical, bell, or siren – sound at intervals of 2 seconds, 30 seconds, and 1 minute after the last motion is detected.
Recommended for those with Dementia, Alzheimer’s, or who have a tendency to wander. Wireless receiver: 120’ range;
