Rocking T Knife

The Rocking T Knife makes cutting meat and other foods much easier if you have a weak grasp or the use of only one hand. This stable, easy-to-use utensil cuts food with a rocking motion. Because pressure is applied directly above the food to be cut, less strength and dexterity is needed.

The Rocking "T" Knife’s 4" wooden handle, shaped to fit the hand, offers a comfortable grip. The 3-1/2" stainless steel blade may be sharpened with a knife sharpener. Dishwasher safe up to 125°F. Latex free.
