Knork

If you have limited hand mobility, be it from an injury or a permanent condition (e.g. arthritis, one-sided paralysis, etc.), the Knork can free you from having others cut your food or choosing only softer foods. The Knork looks like a normal eating utensil and attracts no attention when using it. It is symmetric and can be used by both left-handers and right-handers. Finger platforms are located on both sides of the handle.
